Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord. If we are choosing to follow Him, we are already blessed. It doesn’t say what that blessing looks like, so we often miss it thinking it is going to be some “thing” that we receive. Instead, the blessing of fearing the Lord and walking in His ways is that we have the Lord. Anything else above that is just icing on the cake.
