Read Revelation chapter 12

VERSE:

Revelation 12:9–The great dragon was hurled down–that wicked serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

TRUTH:

Despite what some people say or would like to believe, Satan and demons are very real. He is not just some idea or thought that people use to scare others. He is real and true and dangerous. He delights in leading the whole world astray. We make a mistake if we discount Him, for He is our true adversary. He will be looking for a way today to deceive us and lead us away from following God. Will we be on our guard?

RESPONSE:

Father, Satan is my enemy and I will be prepared and ready for his attacks. He seeks to destroy me, but You have overcome Him. I will trust in You and allow You to fight Him and protect me from His evil plans for me.
