Read Galatians chapter 4

VERSE:

Galatians 4:18–It is fine to be zealous, provided the purpose is good, and to be so always, not just when I am with you.

TRUTH:

We should be excited and enthusiastic! However, Paul is cautioning the people that it should be for the right reason. We should be able to focus on Jesus Christ and what He has done for us. That should make us excited. We must be careful that we are staying focused and excited about Jesus. Also, our excitement and enthusiasm shouldn’t change depending on where we are or who is watching. We must continue to be zealous and enthusiastic about our relationship to God, no matter what is going on around us.

RESPONSE:

Father, I praise You and lift You up. You are all I desire and all I want. Thank You for what You do in and through me.
