Read Psalm chapter 147

VERSE:

Psalm 147:11–The Lord delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.

TRUTH:

As we obey and hope in the Lord, He will delight in us. Delight is such a beautiful word of being loved and cherished. Literally, we give light to the eyes of the Lord by our obedience and hope. Will we be a source of delight to the Lord today with our actions and thoughts?

RESPONSE:

Father, I desire to obey You and I will place my hope in You. I love the thought of You delighting in me. Thank You for You focus on me, such that I cause You delight today.
