Christian Devotional – June 17, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 148

VERSE:

Psalm 148:5–let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created.

TRUTH:

Everything should be praising the Lord. Why? We should praise the Lord just because we exist. We were created by God and even if He did nothing else for us, that alone would be reason enough to praise Him. However, God does so much more for us even beyond that. Do we praise God as He deserves?

RESPONSE:

Father, I will praise You and lift You up today. I know that You are holy and that You are the creator of all things. You are truly awesome and I will lift up and praise Your name.
