Christian Devotional – March 2, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 55

VERSE:

Psalm 55:22–Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.

TRUTH:

Where are we to cast our cares? We are to bring them to God. Often we get caught up complaining and whining to our friends, family members, and others that we forget to take our concerns to the only One who can actually do something about them. As we are trusting in God and leaning on Him, He will provide the foundation for our life that we need in order to be firm in everything that we do. Are we bringing our cares to Him?

RESPONSE:

Father, You know my cares. You know my concerns. You know the burdens of my heart. I bring them to You afresh and ask that You will address them and move in each of those situations in such a way as to bring You glory.
