Christian Devotional – November 20, 2012

VERSE:
“And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

TRUTH:
Believing and trusting in Jesus for salvation is the only way. We cannot have Jesus and …, it must be Jesus alone. In some places, people learn about Jesus and then just add Him to the pantheon of gods they already worship. But, Jesus is the only name through which God has provided salvation and He will not share that position with anyone or anything else in our lives.

RESPONSE:
Father, I will put my faith and trust in Jesus alone. Only in You is there salvation. I will trust in nothing else and I will share nothing else. Only in You and through You will I find salvation.
