Devotional – August 24, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 69:13–But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Lord, at an acceptable time; O God, in the greatness of Your lovingkindness, answer me with Your saving truth.

TRUTH:
God hears our prayers and His truth is the answer. Through His lovingkindness and mercy, the Creator of the universe hears us when we pray. No matter what we are facing, His truth is the answer. Do we bring our concerns to Him and seek out His truth to guide us?

RESPONSE:
Father, it is amazing that You hear me when I pray. I will seek out Your truth in response to every situation I encounter today.
