Devotional – June 27, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 27:14–Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; yes wait for the Lord.

TRUTH:
We don’t often think of courage and strength as the same as patience. The Lord indicates that waiting on Him takes strength and courage. Will we be strong and wait on the Lord? Will we show our courage by displaying our patience?

RESPONSE:
Lord, I wait for You. Help me to be strong and courageous by waiting on You.
