Devotional – May 26, 2011

VERSE:
Revelation 17:14–These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful.

TRUTH:
In the end, Christ has won the victory. He will overcome and He is overall. Do we live each day as if we are victorious? Or do we struggle as if we are defeated? We can live in hope knowing that Christ has won already and that those who follow Him will be victorious by His side.

RESPONSE:
Lord, I pray that You will help me live in victory even when I do not see it or feel it. The truth of Your victory is certain.
