Devotional – November 27, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 124:7–Our soul has escaped as a bird out of the snare of the trapper; the snare is broken and we have escaped.

TRUTH:
This entire psalm speaks of the Lord’s deliverance from those who are seeking to destroy us. We have an enemy who seeks our destruction. He will use whatever means he can to try and trap us. But we have a Savior who delivers us, if we will trust in Him. He breaks us free from everything that seeks our destruction. Are we living today knowing we are free from the destroyer.

RESPONSE:
Lord, I love You and I trust in Your deliverance. Because of You I am free and I trust in You for all things today.
