Devotional – October 29, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 99:6–Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who call on His name; They called upon the Lord and He answered them.

TRUTH:
God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is the same God that Moses, Aaron, and Samuel all called to. He has not changed. He has not aged. He has the same character and the same power and the same desire now that He had then. We can look back through the Bible and know that as God responded to others, He will for us as well.

RESPONSE:
Lord, thank You for the examples through the Bible so we can have faith that You are the same for us as You were for others.
