Devotional – August 13, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 58:13–And men will say, “Surely there is a reward for the righteous; Surely there is a God who judges the earth!”

TRUTH:
God is just and He will judge all. We may not know when God will bring His reward to those who follow Him, but we can be assured that He will. Men will see and will know that God is just and rewards the righteous and punishes the wicked.

RESPONSE:
Lord, I may not know when You will bring about Your justice, but I will live today knowing that one day it will come. Through You, help me to live today in a way that You will reward in Your perfect time.
