Devotional – July 7, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 37:4–Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart.

TRUTH:
God created us and knows us better than we know ourselves. We are to rest and relax and enjoy God. God loves us and He will give us what is best for us in the right time. Will we wait on Him and just delight in Him even when we don’t understand?

RESPONSE:
Lord, You know me and my desires. I will rest in You and delight in You and trust that You will give me what is best at the right time.
