Read Jude VERSE: Jude 22–Be merciful to those who doubt. TRUTH: There are always going to be people who do not believe in Jesus and who doubt everything that You are telling them about who He is and what He desires to do in and through them. We can get frustrated with them and even angry at times because they don’t believe, but Jude encourages us to show those people mercy. They don’t believe, but they may believe at some point. VERSE: Jude 21–keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. TRUTH: We are waiting for the day when we will be brought to heaven, so what should we be doing in the meantime? We are to keep ourselves in God’s love. Would everything we do be considered displaying God’s love? The love of God is demonstrated to others through us, so we are to be a messenger for God every day.
