Full Faith, Day 4

Not right with God. Read Colossians 1:21-29.

As we read through the remaining verses in chapter one, we recognize that we did not always have faith. We were not born right with God. We were actually born sinful and alienated from God. Everything we did created problems with God and because of that, Jesus Christ came and died so that he could provide a way that we could be reconciled to God.

We cannot make ourselves right on our own. We need God’s help. Our faith allows us to come before God and to believe that he bridges the gap that we could not bridge on our own. Will we continue to show our faith in him?
