Leading Through Challenging Circumstances, Day 22

The Result. Read Daniel 3:29-30.

As we finish up this story today, we see that God even addressed the hate issue that had come up. Earlier in this chapter, we read about how people didn’t like these 3 men because they were Jews. When God changed the heart of the king and demonstrated his glory and power to the king, the king understood that God was overall and that he was to be worshipped above all. However, the king also recognized the concern and plot that had come up that led to this issue in the first place.

I mentioned it several days ago when we talked about how this became an issue because these men were Jews. People were upset with them because they were Jews and they sought to find a way to make the king angry with them as well. Here we see the king praising the one true God and also protecting the Jewish people from any further acts of anger and violence.

God sees the entire picture of everything we are going through, and God truly understands what needs to happen in order to make sure everything the way it should be. Do we trust God to take care of all of the little results and all the final details that need to happen? He knows them better than we do.
