Christian Devotional – December 27, 2012

VERSE:
Leviticus 13:9–When the infection of leprosy is on a man, then he shall be brought to the priest.

TRUTH:
The people with pain and problems were to be brought to the priest and the priest was to determine what to do with the person. Only the priest could make that determination. Now, with Jesus taking the place of as High Priest, we should still bring all people to Him. Unlike the priest in Moses’s time, Jesus has the ability to cleanse and restore a person and make them clean again. No matter what a person is experiencing, they are to be brought to Jesus.

RESPONSE:
Father, You are the one I am to bring people to. You have the ultimate say in judging people, not me. I will focus on bringing people to You.
