Christian Devotional – October 15, 2012

VERSE:
2 Thessalonians 2:10–and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.

TRUTH:
While God is loving and wants to give salvation to all, the fact remains that not everyone will receive it. There are plenty of people who are not interested in the love of truth and as a result will not receive the gift of salvation that is offered. They are deceived. We must do our part to share with those around us so that as many as possible learn about the truth of God’s love and salvation that is available if they will only accept it.

RESPONSE:
Father, thank You for Your gift of salvation and that the truth of Your love is real. Give me courage to share that truth with all people so they will not remain deceived.
