Read Psalm chapter 76

VERSE:

Psalm 76:11–Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them; let all the neighboring lands bring gifts to the One to be feared.

TRUTH:

Do what we say we’re going to do. When we make a vow or a promise, we are to fulfill it. Even more so, when we make a promise to God, a failure to follow through is a sin. God is holy and we are to be bring a gift of obedience to Him. Think about all the things we have promised to do for God. Are we fulfilling our vows?

RESPONSE:

Father, thank You for reminding me what I’ve promised to You. I am not perfect, but through You, I will seek to obey You and fulfill my vows. I want everyone I am around to know that You are my God and I will praise You.
