Christian Devotional – August 5, 2012

VERSE:
Isaiah 44:22–I have wiped out your transgressions like a thick cloud and your sins like a heavy mist. Return to me for I have redeemed You.

TRUTH:
God forgives us, cleanses us, and redeems us when we return to Him. We do not have to worry that we have done something too bad for God to overcome. God has power over sin.

RESPONSE:
Lord, You are indeed more powerful than any sins we have committed. You are able to restore us to You no matter what is going on. You have redeemed me and I am Yours.
