Devotional – January 27, 2012

VERSE:
Job 11:11–For He knows false men, and He sees iniquity without investigating.

TRUTH:
God is overall and knows more about everything, including people, than we ever will. God doesn’t have to wonder why people do the things they do, He knows. He sees every motive, every thought, every action without having to even try. While we may, at times, put our trust and faith in the wrong people, God is never fooled or tricked. We must put our faith and trust firmly in God.

RESPONSE:
Lord, You are the only person worthy of my trust. You see and know all things I think and do, as well as those of the people around me. While other people will mislead me and lie to me, You never will. I trust in You.
