Devotional – October 31, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 101:7–He who practices deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who speaks falsehood shall not maintain his position before me.

TRUTH:
What type of company do we keep? Who do we allow to influence and guide us? Are these people following God or not? We need to be around non-believers in order to influence them and display Christ to them, but in turn we are to be careful of the influence they have in our life.

RESPONSE:
Father, help me evaluate every relationship that I have. I pray that You will show me any relationships in my life that are not where You want them to be.
