Devotional – August 26, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 71:18–And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me, until I declare Your strength to this generation, You power to all who are to come.

TRUTH:
No matter our age, God is with us. No matter our age, we have a purpose. We are to declare God and all His strength and glory to the next generation. Do our lives speak of God’s glory to those who will come after us?

RESPONSE:
Lord, thank You for Your presence and strength in my life, no matter my age. Help me to leave a legacy of pointing people to You.
