Devotional – June 30, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 30:11–You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness.

TRUTH:
As we go through this life, we will experience sadness and difficulties. The Lord wants us to rest in Him. He is the only one who can take our hard times and turn them into dancing and gladness. Do we let Him have our troubles or do we just hold on to them ourselves?

RESPONSE:
Father, Your ability to make something beautiful out of the ugly in my life is amazing. Thank You for transforming my life.
