Devotional – March 21, 2011

VERSE:
Joshua 7:2–Now Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is near Beth-aven east of Bethel, and said to them, “Go up and spy out the land.” So the men went up and spied out Ai.

TRUTH:
Joshua just moved on to the next thing, but he did not stop to confer with God. How often do we just go throughout our day doing the things we think we should be doing and only coming to God when things don’t work out?

RESPONSE:
Lord, help me seek You first throughout my day regardless of what task is coming next.
