Read Philippians chapter 4

VERSE:

Philippians 4:7–And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

TRUTH:

What is standing guard over our hearts and minds? What do we allow to determine what we think about or dwell on? The gatekeeper of our hearts and minds should be the peace of God. Nothing should come into our hearts or minds without first passing through the peace of God. Worries or troubles are all easily dealt with when they have been filtered through the peace of God.

RESPONSE:

Father, I praise You and thank You for using Your peace to guard my heart and my mind. Forgive me for not looking at things in my life through Your peace. I desire Your peace to guard my heart and mind today.
