Christian Devotional – April 27, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 101

VERSE:

Psalm 101:3–I will not look with approval on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do; I will have no part in it.

TRUTH:

Do we approve evil? If we are looking at people who are doing wrong things and make excuses for them, then we are giving them our approval. God has set His standards for right and wrong and they are absolutes. We are to be consistent with His standards. We must stay clear of the evil that people choose to do and just like the psalmist, have no part in it.

RESPONSE:

Father, I will love what You love and hate what You hate. Thank You for the opportunity to love You and stand for the things You stand for.
