Christian Devotional – April 3, 2018

What do you desire? Do you even know what your goals and dreams are? Or, like many of us, have you forgotten how to dream for things in the future? God knows what are deepest desires are. He talks about it in Psalm 37.

Delight yourself in the Lord ; And He will give you the desires of your heart.

Not only does God know what we truly and desperately desire, he wants to give it to us. As we are delighting ourselves in Jesus Christ and all that God has provided for us, he commits to giving us the desires of our heart. Will we seek after Him and find our delight in Him and him alone? Only he can satisfy and truly give us what we desires, not just what we think we desire.
