Read Psalm chapter 82

VERSE:

Psalm 82:5–The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

TRUTH:

Anything and everything that we think of and set up in our lives as ‘gods’ truly know and understand nothing. We can’t rely on them to save us in our troubles and we can’t trust them to hear our prayers or requests. Yet, so many people are will to believe in them and trust in them instead of the true God. Are we putting our trust in the one true God or are we trusting something that is walking about in darkness.

RESPONSE:

Father, I pray that You are first and foremost in my life. You are the one who knows all and can do all. I will praise You and lift You up.
