HAPPY RESURRECTION SUNDAY!!

Words and deeds… they must match! As we share about the message of Jesus Christ, our actions must line up with our words. Read James 1-2.

James spends a lot of time discussing the importance of faith. Our faith must be more than something that we speak about. Our faith must be visible and evident in the deeds that we do every day. If our actions do not match our words, then our words have no power. People look at our actions. People wait to see how we respond in situations and if it lines up with the words that we have been saying?

Do we do what we say we believe? When we take a look at our life, do our actions line up with our words when it comes to our faith in Jesus Christ? Today we celebrate that Jesus rose from the dead. Jesus’s actions absolutely lived out every word that he ever spoke. Can the same be said for us?
