Psalm and Praise, Day 94

Is your foot slipping? Read Psalm chapter 94.

I certainly feel like my foot is slipping. I’m trying to hold on, but some days my desire to grit my way through it just isn’t there. My foot slips a bit more each time.

The beauty of the situation is that God is the one who helps to hold on. He supports me with his unfailing love. Sometimes, what I am stepping on isn’t what I should be clinging to and God’s love supports me as I fall from it. Some things I need to let go of. Other things are those principles and truths that I must hold on to. God continues to support me, even when I am being pressured to let go.

Are you slipping? God’s love will support you to follow his path and let go of the things that need to go while also holding tight to the ones that we can never let go of.
