Christian Devotional – April 9, 2014

Read Deuteronomy chapter 25

VERSE:

Deuteronomy 25:16–For the Lord your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.

TRUTH:

Are we honest and forthright in every area of our life? The Lord detests when we lie and are dishonest. Our personal life, our business, our family, our friends, ever single area and interaction of our life is to be handled in an honest and upright way. Would other people characterize us as honest? Would God characterize us as honest?

RESPONSE:

Father, You are honest and truthful and You expect the same from me. Forgive me where I’ve failed and give me the courage to always be truthful in every situation.
