Always. Read Ephesians chapter 5.

The word always is very broad. Throughout much of my life it’s been easy to give thanks to God. God has blessed me in ways that I can’t even begin to explain. And yet, circumstances in life at different points in time have not always been as wonderful. There have been struggles and trials and dark times.

But the word always encompasses both the good and the bad. Always means always. In every situation. During every struggle. During every amazing moment. Always giving thanks to God. He is worthy of the praise, even when we don’t feel like giving it. Will we maintain our praise and focus on God, always?
