Christian Devotional – February 10, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 41

VERSE:

Psalm 41:1–Blessed are those who have regard for the weak, the Lord delivers them in times of trouble.

TRUTH:

How do we respond to those who are weak and needy around us? Are we sensitive to their needs and do we show them God’s love in difficult times? God sees how we treat others and we are to show His love no matter what we think because someday we may be in need and hoping for Him to share with us through others. Who will we treat like Jesus today?

RESPONSE:

Father, help me see all people the way You see them. I pray that my responses to people will line up with all that You desire to do through me today.

EXTRA:

We’ve just finished the first book of Psalms, so we’re going to take a quick break for the next few days. We’ll be heading over to Galatians for the next 6 days and then we’ll be back to Psalms and will pick up where we left off!
