The Essential 100, Day 43

Praise the Lord! No matter what is going on or what we are experiencing, we have reason to praise the Lord. Read Psalm 103.

As we read this psalm, we see so many ways in which we can praise the Lord. We have so many reasons to be thankful to him and so many ways in which he is the designer and creator of so much that is around us.

When we think of praising God, do we recognize all of the areas that we need to praise him for? The heavens praise the Lord. His creation praises him. Every leaf and stone and creature is a testimony to the awesomeness of our Lord and Savior. Do I stop and take the opportunity to praise him for everything in my life and for everything that he has done?
