Psalm and Praise, Day 49

Ransom for a life. Read Psalm chapter 49.

As we read in this chapter, it is costly to redeem another person. We cannot redeem ourselves, let alone redeem another person. When we think about the price that Jesus Christ paid for us, this puts it in perspective. No one else would have been able to redeem us. Yet, Christ paid that price to be able to redeem us so that we could be made right with God. Have we accepted his sacrifice and redemption in our lives?
