Jesus is our shepherd. Jesus is the one that we turn to and only through him will we find eternal life. In today’s society, many of us have never been around shepherds or understand the passion a shepherd has for their sheep, or the commitment that the sheep have for the shepherd. Jesus is that passionate toward us and in looking for a way to ensure that we know the way he is leading us.

When we consider the direction that we are turning, are we understanding all that Jesus is leading us to? Do we trust him to follow him, just as a sheep follows their shepherd?
