Read Psalm chapter 20

VERSE:

Psalm 20:7–Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

TRUTH:

Each day we should evaluate what we are trusting in. Do we trust in strength or experience? Do we trust in money or influence? God gives us a choice in what we trust in, but He desires that we trust in Him. Nothing else is able to fulfill our trust like He is. Everything else will let us down. However, we must daily fight against the temptation to trust in other things of this world. What are we trusting in?

RESPONSE:

Father, You are the the only One that I can count on to never let me down. I will trust in You today. Keep me focused on You so that I may be all that You desire for me to be.
