The Essential Jesus, Day 28

The power of Jesus. As we look at day 28 of the Essential Jesus reading plan on YouVersion.com, we read about the delicacy and the awesome power of Christ. Read Isaiah 42:1-8.

Jesus was being promised here in these verses and we read about the character of who he is. He had amazing power and awesome abilities, yet he was bruised and crushed on our behalf and for our sins. Jesus was faithful and as a result, it brought about true justice.

As we think about Jesus, how do we experience his amazing power? Are we mindful of all that he does and brings about in our lives every day?
