Christian Devotional – July 11, 2016

Read Malachi chapter 4

VERSE:

Malachi 4:2–But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.

TRUTH:

The sun of righteousness refers to the coming of Jesus Christ. When He came the first time he brought healing and the ability to be made righteous in God’s sight. If we will hold to Christ and seek Him, we will understand that all that we need is found in God. We are to revere Him and seek after Him. He bring healing and as a result we will be able to rejoice in all that God is and all that He does.

RESPONSE:

Father, I want to thank You for all that You are doing in me. I know that Your Son who is righteousness will rise and will bring the healing for me each day that I so desperately need. Thank You for all that You are doing and I will rejoice in You and You alone.
