The Message – #61

We are free!! That is the message that we are to share. We were prisoners and enslaved and now we are free! Read Isaiah chapter 61 and focus on verse one.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners;

Now that we know the truth and can live in the truth, God has given us a message to share with everyone else. We are free! Through Jesus Christ, we no longer have to live in bondage and slavery to our sin. No, we can be free through Jesus Christ. The Spirit of the Lord has come upon us with a message that must be shared to all peoples.

Are we living and experiencing the freedom that we have been given? Are we sharing the message of our freedom with all those we were around? We have been set free through Jesus Christ and the entire world needs to know it so they can accept that freedom as well!
