Christian Devotional – June 23, 2015

Read Mark chapter 3

VERSE:

Mark 3:25–If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

TRUTH:

Jesus is speaking here in a situation about Satan and demons, but the same is true for every house. If the house is divided against itself it cannot stand. As believers in Christ, we must commit to being fully devoted to Him, for it we are not, then we will be divided against ourselves and we will not stand. What are we standing for today? Will we be standing for that every moment of every day?

RESPONSE:

Father, I am committed to You and I will not have any other focus besides You. Keep me from being divided in my loyalties and commitment. I will focus solely on You today and do everything for Your glory alone.
