Read Psalm chapter 70

VERSE:

Psalm 70:4–But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, “The Lord is great!”

TRUTH:

When we are in the midst of the difficult and hard times, do we rejoice in the Lord? Sure, we rejoice when He saves and rescues us from difficulties, but do we rejoice BEFORE He  saves us? Even while in the midst of the hard times when we can’t see the way out, we are to praise God and acknowledge Him. Will we praise Him before He intervenes?

RESPONSE:

Father, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever and I will praise You even when I don’t yet see Your hand working and moving in my situation. You are always worthy of praise and I will give it to You, even as I wait on You.
