Christian Devotional – March 18, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 71

VERSE:

Psalm 71:14–As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.

TRUTH:

Always. The verse says “always.” We are to always have hope. Not a pie-in-the-sky type of fantasy hope, but a confident expectation that God is who He says He is and will do what He’s said He’s going to do. We can always hope. Because we have hope every second of every day, we can praise our wonderful Father who is the reason and basis for our hope. Outside of Him, we would have no hope. Because of Him, we ALWAYS have hope.

RESPONSE:

Father, You are truly amazing and because of You, I can always have hope in the midst of even the most dire and dark situation. I see You and I hope in You. I praise and rejoice in You.
