When the world falls apart, what do you hold on to? No matter what you go through in life, there is someone that you can hold on to. See Psalm 28.

The Lord provides the strength and the defense that we need in order to make it through the day. We can find our joy in Him, even when we can’t find it in our surroundings or circumstances. Because of that, we can praise Him, even while going through problems and struggles. What do you need to praise Him for and trust Him with today?
