Christian Devotional – March 26, 2015
After that short break to go through Ephesians, we’re going to pick up where we left off in Psalm.
VERSE:
Psalm 73:25–Whom have I in heaven by you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you.
TRUTH:
When we take a look around us, what do we really have? Our possessions are fragile and can be destroyed or taken away. People in our life experience illness and death. All that we truly have that will last is our relationship with God. Are we able to say, like the psalmist, that we have nothing and want nothing besides God?
RESPONSE:
Father, You are all I truly have and thankfully, You are all I need. I will look at my life today and see everything in it as a gift from You and will focus on You, the giver, and not the gift.
