Read Psalm chapter 59

VERSE:

Psalm 59:16–But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.

TRUTH:

David wrote this while he was being hunted and pursued to be killed. If we were in that situation, what would we be saying to God? Would we be singing and praising His strength or would we be whining about the situation and the circumstances we found ourselves in? The Lord desires that we praise Him, even in the midst of trials and hard times. Will we sing of His strength and love today?

RESPONSE:

Father, I praise You for they way You carry and sustain me, even in the midst of darkness and difficulty. I will praise You no matter what situation You allow me to go through.
