The Next Steps, Day 27

To Rome. Paul had appealed his case to Caesar, so he must go to Rome. As we read Acts 27, we see the initial part of his journey.

Paul had to get to Rome and the guard that was taking him was trying his best to make sure that Paul arrived. However, there was a lot of issues that came up on this journey. I mean, Paul was a prisoner, so it’s no surprise that the people did not follow his advice. Still, you would think that after everything the guard had seen that he recognized Paul had the wisdom that he did. But, they didn’t listen to Paul and found themselves in a dangerous situation.

Paul shared with them that God had a plan for him and because of God’s plan, they were going to be saved as well. God has a plan for each and every one of us. As we are diligent to seek his will for our life, God makes his plan known. And, God moves people around us in such a way that they are blessed as well. How are we blessing those around us while we are obedient to the plan God has for us?
