Read Psalm chapter 115

VERSE:

Psalm 115:1–Not to us, Lord, not to us, but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.

TRUTH:

Do we seek to bring glory to ourselves or to God? When we do things are we looking for the recognition and praise or are we seeking to proclaim God’s glory? God alone deserves the praise and He is the one who is behind anything good that we do. Will we bring praise and glory to Him?

RESPONSE:

Father, I will praise You and lift You up. You are the source of anything good in my life, and I will praise You for what You do through me today.
